Heh - I was tickled to see one of my comments show up in the study: "Understood at a cellular level how time is just a construct of our physical dimension." Thought I'd share a bit more of this story from a Gateway perspective.

This understand of time came to me in the final Gateway Free Flow 21 exercise. I had had quite an extraordinary series of events in 21.

During the first venture to the bridge between physical and nonphysical systems, we were told that it might be a good place to contact someone who had already crossed over to the other side. I determined to find my friend Amy, who had died of breast cancer. So I got to 21 and everything seemed to me to be shrouded in clouds. Still, I psychically called out: "Amy! Amy! RiverRed! RiverRed!" which was her internet handle.

I never did find Amy, and as it was our first venture in 21, pretty soon Bob was calling us back to C1 consciousness. We were told to go right to dinner and that we'd have our debrief afterwards. I got my plate and sat down across from Elizabeth, who eyed my curiously.

"Well," she harumphed as she spoke to me, "Normally, I go to 21 to meet the Ascended Masters, but this time, I go there and what do I find?" Elizabeth was one of the most psychically advanced people in the class, and I enjoyed watching her cock her head often before she spoke as she listened to her guides.

"No idea, what?" I replied.

"I got there and found YOU. And you were jumping all up and down like a crazy person!" she exclaimed. I thought about it - psychically, I suppose that's what I would look like. I was serious in my search for my friend.

"Oh, that's because I was looking for Amy," I told her, then added, "Hmmm. Guess I should have stopped long enough to listen for a reply, eh?" Elizabeth smiled.

"You got it. And pay attention - it's no coincidence that I found you there." So ended my first experience in 21.

My second experience also involved a classmate. This time in 21, I briefly encountered the consciousness of Karen Malik, our lead facilitator, as she was checking in on our progress. After meeting Karen, I then came upon Joseph, one of the more contemlative members of our group. Joseph wore long braided dreds and said he wasn't going to cut his hair until he attained enlightenment. Joseph was sitting in a meditative pose and surrounded my a white light. After encountering Joseph, Bob started to call us back down step by step to 21. I was unsure about leaving Joseph in that state.

"Remembering the Holocaust." Somehow, the light signaled to me what was going on with Joseph. I had a sense that I was being told what he was experiencing, and that the light wanted me to go back down as Bob directed. I did so and joined the debrief group, looking around and waiting for Joseph to join. About 15 minutes in to the debrief, I couldn't take Joseph not being there and told our facilitators what I had experienced and my concern for Joseph. Paul Rademacher was at the time a trainee in his final steps of becoming a residental facilitator, and he left to go hunt down Joseph. Joseph couldn't remember what had happened to him, but the experience was so powerful that he chose to sit out the next session.

But it was the free flow session that really got to me - and absolutely showed me that time was just a construct of physical reality. Wow - I really went out there this time. I could catch bits and snippets such as me strapping a motorcycle on my head, but I really couldn't get a continuous thread on anything though I knew I was in 21 and had not clicked out. As Bob was calling us back down, he told us that we would remember what we had experienced.

"How am I going to do that?" I thought, "I can't even remember what's happening right now in the moment." Bob's voice then stepped in on my ruminations.

"You will remember what you've experienced, and tonight when you sleep, you will remember even more," he suggested.

"Thank goodness!" I thought. I had always been a super lucid dreamer, and could remember multiple dreams in a night and even dreams from when I was a preschooler. I stopped fretting about what I had experienced, and followed Bob's voice back to C1.

That night, I went to sleep about midnight, and I programmed myself to remember even more as Bob had suggested. I awoke with a start about 1:20 in the morning. I knew then what I had experienced and why I could not focus on what was happening to me.

When I awoke, I had the absolutely conscious memory of four (4) simultaneous dreams. Very simple dreams. At the time, I could have told you what happened in all four of them. Now, almost seven years later, I only remember that one was about bike riding with Doug Ammons, a famous kayaker who I had not yet met. But the dreams themselves were not important - they were simple so they could give me the message about my experience in free flow 21. I had experienced parallel realities. No wonder I couldn't bring back the information. How could I? I had no vocabulary for such an experience. But through the process of 4 simultaneous dreams, I understood at the most basic level that TIME was fluid and malleable, and that it is our physical selves which makes it seem linear.

I'm still blown away by the experience. Both of the parallel realities and the recognition and direct knowing of what time really is, and of having had four simultaneous dreams. I've never even heard of anyone doing that!
