As the Monroe Institute is continuing to approach growth from a variety of directions, one of the areas that is getting a lot of renewed energy and attention is our Facilitator Training Program, part of the Monroe Institute Outreach program, designed to educate individuals to facilitate certified weekend off campus programs. Outreach was created to meet the many requests for TMI’s experiential education programs to exist in a condensed version off campus, anywhere in the world. These programs are presented by Institute trained and accredited facilitators using our specifically designed training program.
The basic Outreach program is a weekend workshop called the Excursion. This two-day adventure into expanded states of awareness facilitates profound relaxation, deep contemplation, increased intuition, and communication with the higher self and with related energies. Important personal revelations are commonplace during an Excursion. Specifically designed exercises with the Hemi-Sync® audio-guidance technology form the core of the workshop, together with explanation, discussion, and supportive group interaction. Other programs in many areas will be added as we progress.
We were happy to wish well to a group of facilitator trainees a couple of weeks ago who completed the initial at-home study process and the intensive on campus week-long program, and left ready to begin the mentoring process which will mark the final step in their goal of becoming an Outreach Facilitator.
For more information, please visit the Outreach portion of our site to learn about the specifics of the program and about the Excursion Workshop. Please note that at this point we do not have a comprehensive schedule of upcoming Excursion workshops for 2009 on our website, but that is changing with the new TMI website that’s coming soon! In the meantime, please keep an eye out in your own hometowns for Excursion Workshops and you can also check on TMI’s Outreach Facilitator page for Facilitators near you!
